Trinity Properties (Development & Construction) Ltd are an Oxfordshire based firm of developers who specialise in both traditionally built homes together with imaginative period conversions.

Trinity Properties was founded in 2000 by Chris Liversedge and Jonathan Abbs-Woodd, the inspiration lying in their passion for property, architecture and design.

The newly formed company was created through the merger of the development arm and the long established contracting arm, Liversedge Developments Ltd, established some 10 years previously and specialising in “high end” refurbishment and contract work for Oxfordshire based clients.

Trinity Properties, together with its professional partners in design, letting and planning consultancy undertakes site and land acquisition for redevelopment, conversion and investment.

Its subsidiaries, Trinity Scaffold Ltd, Trinity Investments (Oxford) Ltd and most recently Trinity Properties Europe Ltd play an important role in expanding the company to other fields of the property business, namely property investment, letting and off-plan investment portfolios, both at home and abroad.

Trinity Properties has an extensive portfolio of completed construction works ranging from 1 bedroom flats, contemporary period conversions and exclusive 4 bed family homes.

Whilst the main emphasis of the business concentrates on development and new build projects, Trinity Properties also accommodates private clients and joint investment projects lending its expertise and in house project managers, site managers and tradesmen with a proven track record of quality and reliability, from the initial planning stages through to completion with Building Control.
